Meet & Greet services

I will contact guests prior to their stay. Prior to arrival I will ensure everything at the accommodation is perfect, lights on, heating if necessary and everything is at it’s best. I will then meet the guests and talk them through the property. I’m always available to answer any questions about Byron and give any tips on where to go and what to do. Restaurant recommendations and any in house activities they might require.

This service is charged at $90.

Event co-ordination

Working alongside Fiona, the owner and manager of Northern Rivers Locations we can curate for you the perfect team building or corporate event to suit your budget. We have access to some of the most coveted homes and spaces in The Northern Rivers and access to some of the best entertainers and artists. We can tailor an unforgettable unique “Byron Bay” experience. Please contact me for more details.

Stocking the pantry and grocery shopping

No need to worry about arriving at your accommodation with the cupboards bare, I can do all the shopping you require, head to the bottle shop and make sure there’s a nice bottle of bubbles waiting for your arrival. If you want speciality shopping or farmers market shopping that’s not a problem. Send me a list and leave everything up to me.

This service is charged at $60 per hour with a minimum of one hour.

Property styling for professional photography

If you need your home or investment property re-styled for professional photography I can assist with that. If you want to list your home on short term rental sites I can help you set up your space so it works and assist you with what is needed for that to run smoothly and to attract customers. I work with professional photographers and drone photographers that can bring your property to life.

This service is charged between $150-$250.

Personal Assistant

how to get things done is my personal super power and I pride myself on my contacts in Byron Bay. I rise to a challenge and love being able to tackle the problems most people can’t face. If you have odd jobs you want done, organising dinner reservations or an in house massage or yoga class or maybe you want your entire house packed up and the contents shipped to Sydney .. call me

This service is charged at $250 per day with a minimum of one day.

Photo shoots’ & Film location shoots

I work with Northern Rivers Locations in securing the best locations for photo shoots and film/tvc locations. This is a complete location management team that will work onsite from initial set up to pack up, rubber mats and drop sheets with ensure your property is well looked after. Northern Rivers locations can facilitate the necessary insurance, permits and council approval if needed.
